Very nice property, Food is Good Front office, restaurant, housekeeping staff is very cooperative, room is clean and pool attand is very helpful Ms.diksha, Durga,vung ,ritika , Jayram Sona Bhavana ,and all staff thank you to make my very memorial and location is good

We had glad stay here and services is good we stayed in room no 199,200 Room was cleaned and food was tad gokul staff Ms. Sona, Bhavna, baggy driver santosh and front office staff ms. Diksha and all restaurant staff all is very Coprative. Thanks to all to make my stay pleasant

The only thing I genuinely appreciated was the courtesy of the buggy drivers, who were polite and helpful throughout. Sadly, that was the only positive in an otherwise disappointing experience.

Extremely Disappointing Food Experience The stay overall was decent, but the food was a major letdown. For a property of this level, I expected much better quality and consistency. The meals lacked freshness and flavor — most dishes felt either overly oily or bland. The menu was quite limited, and even basic items were not prepared well. Service during meals was also slow, and requests for simple customizations were either ignored or poorly handled. What was most disappointing was the complete lack of attention to detail — presentation, taste, and quality all felt below standard. I would strongly suggest the management seriously review their kitchen operations, as the food experience significantly impacts the overall stay.
