We stayed in the courtyard room which was very spacious. The room was very clean, had a comfortable bed and a good size bathroom with a large shower. The courtyard garden is beautiful and each of the three rooms has an allocated bistro table and chairs in a section of the garden. There is ample off road parking and the owners are lovely and very friendly. The breakfast is superb with a choice of full English breakfast, toast, as well as fruit, cereal and croissants. I would highly recommend staying here.

We had a beautiful spacious room, clean and well presented. All the facilities you need, including an outdoor shared courtyard with table and chairs to enjoy the sunshine. Breakfast was lovely, our host Steph was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed.

Grove Barn This is an absolute gem of a B&B Nestled in a quiet lane this B&B is an absolute gem We could not fault it one bit Host Our host, Stephanie was so so welcoming - she has a happy and helpful personality She welcomed us with a smile and warmth. Very helpful with restaurant and picnic walks - good local knowledge She is the perfect host - 10/10 Room We stayed in the Garden View room When i say it was immaculate I am not lying. It is so clean and smelled lovely Bathroom towels were so white and lovely and fluffy Bedding was clean and fresh with a very comfortable mattress Yea and coffee ☕️ tray with a nice touch of cadburys mini chocolates 🍫 The external doors open to well manicured lawns with our own bistro table and chairs Breakfast ordered the night before on a pre printed sheet and it included both English and Continental choices Breakfast Breakfast was served in a bright, airy and spotlessly clean breakfast room . Orange juice and fruit on a sideboard I choose English breakfast with juice and toast - served on a hot plate and it was truly scrummy 😋 with our host checking if we were ok and if we wanted more toast Location The location is down a quiet lane - 2 miles from Flint Vineyard and was absolutely perfect for us We will definitely stay here again 10/10 all the way
