"Wonderful Location with Minor Drawbacks"

It's a great location, but you'll have to pay an extra $20 per night for parking, which isn't already included in the room rate. Also, if you book through Expedia like me, free continental breakfast won't be included with your room. We were still happy with our stay nonetheless.

"Tcu visit"

Great location visiting son and his friends. Would highly recommend and will stay there again definitely. Breakfast was nice, nice hotel restaurant on top floor. Great friendly staff

Great service, great facility, great location. We love everything about this place. From Lot 12 (bar) to the breakfast setup, it’s a good stay. Need a hotter shower with better water pressure…only downside.

"Go Frogs and Go Hyatt"

Greatest hotel experience I've had in years! Wonderful staff and nice rooms. The bar on the roof is amazing. It's the perfect location if you you have a child at TCU. You're on campus and can spend the extra Hyatt $$ because you do not need a rental car.

Best hotel near TCU for sure! Lot12 is awesome and Chloe at the front desk is AMAZING! Convenient, close, and great service. Definitely stay here!

"Spacious room, easy access to TCU and good breakfast"

It was very convenient to visit the TCU Campus. The breakfast buffet was good, and the room was spacious. A two-queen room had a fold-out bed that was actually comfortable.
