Difficult to say as nothing could be the price I paid worth

Hello I stayed at WIDE hotel over the weekend of 12–14 June 2026, and I must admit that I expected much better than this for a price of EUR 1,000 for two nights. Not only was the room the size of a broom cupboard, but we also had the ‘pleasure’ of listening to outdoor concerts until nearly 2 am. But anyway, we can overlook that. However, for a room costing EUR 500 a night, to have the audacity to charge for a bottle of water… I’d be rather ashamed. As for the service, I wasn’t told that the bar staff were too lazy to bring drinks out to the terrace... was self-service included in the price? And the lovely reception staff, who seem to have such a hard time smiling and staying friendly... unable to take a comment on board, other than to tell me I’d paid the high-season rate and... that I should just shut up. In short, a hotel experience that I look forward to sharing with my friends and family, on Booking.com and, of course, across social media.

Very centrally located in the epicentre of everything, within a 3-5km radius. Very conveniently located near the Central Station easy to get to and from airport.

Rooms are a little small and the mattress a little lumpy. You have to request for housekeeping before 9am
