Simplesmente perfeito. Desde o processo de check-in onde fomos muito bem atendidos e instruídos, até a acomodação em si. Tudo muito novo, funcionando perfeitamente, nos sentimos em casa. Se pudéssemos ficariamos mais algumas noites por lá. Recomendamos muito.

"Toller Urlaub in Singen, um die Bodenseeregion zu erkunden."

Die Unterkunft ist sehr hoch- und neuwertig ausgestattet. Der Check-In lief ohne Probleme via Schlüsseltresor ab. Die persönliche Begrüßung durch das Personal vor Ort war mehr als freundlich. Direkt bekamen wir "Geheimtipps" für die Bodenseeregion. Auf Nachfrage nach Tisch und Stühle für die 2. Terrasse erhielten wir umgehend einen Tisch und 2 Stühle. Wir empfanden das Personal vor Ort sehr dienstleistungs- und kundenorientiert!!! Beschreibung und Fotos des Appartements decken sich mit der Realität.

Gibt nichts zu beanstanden!

Sehr schönes und liebevoll eingerichtetes Apartment mit allem, was man braucht! Wir waren gemeinsam mit unserer (Schwieger-)Mutter dort und hatten mehr als ausreichend Platz. Der Kontakt zu Herrn Petersen war ausgesprochen nett – schnelle Antworten und sehr sympathisch. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen jederzeit gerne wieder!

Die Unterkunft ist genial, wir haben nichts vermisst im Gegenteil. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Alles sehr modern und vorallem ein supertoller Gastgeber. Aufgrund der langen Anreise war es schwierig die Ankunftszeit einzuschätzen. Unser Gastgeber war auch noch spätabends für uns erreichbar und hat uns alles zum Besten vorbereitet. Wir hatten auch noch einen supertollen Parkplatz direkt vor der Türe erhalten. Ich kann diese Unterkunft jedem nur wärmstens empfehlen. Danke

"Olaf is the best!"

I booked the apartment for a work trip, I had some complications with my travel and was stuck in the airport overnight, the whole time I was stuck I had Olaf checking with me, he even went above and beyond to procure groceries and store them for me in the apartment, and even offered to pick me up from an alternative airport I had planned on going to! In the end, I had to return back to the US, but I will never forget the support and gestures Olaf did, and I will definitely stay there again in future work travel to Singen! Kudos to Olaf :)
