I first arrived to the property around 7pm and left for dinner. When I came back around 11:30 PM there was a creepy man in the building which at first I thought was other guest, and turned out to be a security guy. He asked me to pay the 1.5 euro city fee and I said that I would pay the day after during check out. He followed me to my room, which made me feel very uncomfortable, and 5 minutes later was knocking my door asking me to open my door to pay the fee. This completely freaked me out, I felt harassed and unsafe. On the other hand, the heating was damaged, there was an electronic/electrical object in the room making cracking noises the whole night, I could hear an old man coughing the whole night as well as other neighbours having a party in their apartment. This was likely the worst night in mi life.

We arrived ay the place and they took 50 minutes to send the code to open the door. The elevator was out of service and the room was disgusting, dirty spot on the walls, cobwebs and the bed felt like laying a box spring. And they barely understand english so communication was almost impossible. They gave us another room but it was the same terrible. We reserved 3 nights but we had to run to another place and they dod not refund for the night we didn't stay.I won't recommend it in any way.

EVERYTHING ELSE WAS OKAY EXCEPT THE LIFT FOR LUGGAGE WAS NOT WORKING. AND THERE IS NO STAFF TO HELP.

WE HAD SUITECASES AND LIFT WAS NOT WORKING FOR 2 DAYS (OUR ENTIRE STAY). SO ALL THE GUESTS HAD TO CARRY THEIR SUITECASES.

The room I stayed in was more like a suite—big and very spacious, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The bathroom was decent, but the shower was a bit small, making it somewhat complicated to take a shower. Despite the building being older, the room was very clean. The location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk to the center.

We had some difficulty finding the entrance, as the maps were directing us to the back of the building. Initially, we were a bit taken aback by the old appearance of the building, but once we entered the room, we were satisfied.
