"Affordable but not pleasing experience for us"

affordable, close to airport

when we got to the property, there was no receptionist so we had to call the customer service hotline. Had to wait a while. No proper coordination with Booking.com and they didn’t read our message that we would be arriving late. They should have at least 1 staff in the premises to cater to late check ins or issues that will arise. Also, the next morning, the street infront was flooded, and had very bad smell.
