Limpeza. Ralo do chuveiro entupido. Água saía da cabine de duche. Tinha que andar a limpar a casa de banho toda no final de tomar banho. Pequeno almoço com coisas que terminavam e não eram repostas ou terminavam

The location is great, and the receptionists were lovely and helpful. The room looked cozy.

Whenever I took a shower, water would leak into the toilet area behind the glass partition, causing the floor to flood. The silicone sealing around the shower also appeared moldy. In addition, the toilet was slightly broken and frequently made flushing noises throughout my stay, which was disruptive when trying to fall asleep. I notified the staff, but I understand that issues like these cannot always be resolved during a short stay. The maintenance and cleaning staff were talking and joking very loudly in the hallway every morning, and the advertised soundproofing did not match reality. I could hear almost everything happening in neighboring rooms. While I don’t expect complete soundproofing, I do expect not to hear someone brushing their teeth or using the toilet. The shower and toilet setup was manageable for a solo stay, but the thin glass doors, which are only partially frosted, would not be ideal if you’re sharing the room with someone. This place has a lot of potential, but in its current state, I wouldn’t book it again.

Banheiro sem intimidade. Ar condicionado deu problema alguns dias. Café da manhã é mais simples do que o esperado.
