The Location!! I truly enjoyed being on the 15 floor ocean front. Very comfortable stay. The host was always a call away and answered any &' all questions I had prior to booking and during my stay.

The neighbors were really loud throughout a few of the nights.. would definitely upgrade the TV to a bigger size or I would invest in the extension bar so guest can pull the TV from the wall.. and enjoy their favorite shows during vacation.

The water park. The location. The gift shop.

The room could have been cleaned. The room needs a bigger ac unit, it couldn’t keep up. All you smelled around the hotel was marijuana. The pools closed too early.

The view was spectacular. I loved being on the top floor with privacy. It was clean, quaint and the amenities were great as well! The staff always greeted me and answered all of my questions. I felt safe as a solo traveler and enjoyed having a peaceful rest every night. I look forward to my next stay!!

Leaving was the thing I didn't like. I ended up staying another week because it was just so nice, safe and the perfect location to be in. I'm definitely going back sooner than later!

"Best place to decompress and destress"

Spectacular view! Awesome water pressure for the shower. It was quiet and relaxing. We didn't hear or see neighbors. I liked the new flooring. I loved sitting out on the balcony watching the sunrise.

Setting the door code was a bit tricky, but I finally got it. The bed could be a little firmer for my preference. However, it was good, and I didn't lose any sleep over it.
