Serurubele Boutique Hotel

My expectation was a top notch Botique Hotel, but the standard is lower than some ogf the guesthouses i have been, like Vahlavi Guest Houst in Giyani where their standard is in the levels of the hotels. So my expectation was for the hotel and the amount i paid is almost the same amount i normal pay at Vahlavi Guest House. So my suggestion is that they can visit Vahlavi Guest House in Giyani and they go back and try to match that standard, that can atleast put them at the hotel standard or acceptable standard.

The overall place is nice and clean.

There is no door between the room and the toilet. The open plan toilet is not good. It's not easy to use the toilet with a partner sleeping in the room.

The convenience of driving to the home where I attended the wedding on Saturday.

1.Carpet in my room was dirty and when I ask for a replacement, it was denied. So, I spend the entire long weekend without a carpet on a tiled floor. 2. TV in my room played one channel and the screen was not clear it had those raindrops, and the sound was on a permanent shshshshshshshshshsshshsh mode, again I reported this and requested a better option, but I was Ignored for the entire three days of my stay. 3. We did not have access to water when we needed it the most in the mornings for taking a bath/shower, we reported this each morning and we realized that it is a known fact that the venue struggles with water and they did not inform us upon booking so that we can make a decision as to whether we want to book there or find an alternative place to stay. This was the most horrible experience for many of us. 4.The lady sitting at reception with play the loudest blue tooth radio/music first thing in the morning disturbing the residents in rooms, when asked why she is doing that she told us the owner instructed her/them to play the music, what kind of nonsense is that? 5. I checked in late on Thursday night and our rooms were not fully cleaned we had to clean the dusty surfaces for ourselves. 6. The area is generally extremely hot, but the hotel does not even have the courtesy to offer bottled water on arrival in the rooms.

I did not make use of the resturant

1. No privacy in the bathrooms. A door would perfect to separate. 2. No water cold or hot the was a story 3. Rooms not sound proof 4. Hotel radio too loud, especially in the morning 5.

The gentleman at the gate (Security), The lady at the spa, thanks for pampering my sisters, the lady at the reception, lastly the guy who served us breakfast. Thank you all.

The toilet should be placed privately.
