The staff, food, security of the place and comfort of the rooms was excellent.

The water pressure when bathing in the morning was low, on and off and no enough hot water. I think the water issue need attention.

They made us shower in cold water. Ever suggested buckets Receptionist on Sunday has to learn some real customer service skills- very rude

The bed was really comfortable and they cater to your sleeping requirements on request i.e. if u prefer a hard or soft bed. The facility was clean, well maintained and we felt safe. Breakfast was lovely although we had to pay extra.

The staff don't greet you unless you greet them. Even at the reception. Due to electricity issues our breakfast took a while to prepare as they did not have a generator. When the food arrived, it was very good. Water pressure was also a bit low at times, but perhaps that's an area wide problem. The shower head was a bit low which made it a bit tricky as I'm a bit tall but there is a bath option as well. Would have appreciated it if the cost of accommodation could include breakfast. Some of the rooms have no walls between bed and bathroom but luckily we managed to get another room.

The theme of the hotel -butterfly was permeated on the wall frames , the gate. I enjoyed the bedroom size, the staff was very friendly and helped me carry my bag upstairs.

No electric blankets , no dstv, no carpet on the side of the bed

Rooms are very specious, clean and beds are comfortable

The water situation was just not it. We bathed in cold water, was offered water in bucket(what is that even) now I have flue

The place is super clean and the staff was amazing 👏 I really enjoyed my stay, it's one of the beautiful places I've ever visited ❤️

A little improvement on TV channels and WIFI

The staff was exceptional, because of the rain, there was a delay on our arrival.They kept calling checking on us and how far we were.

There's a disturbing and irritating noise coming from the water pipes when the neighbouring occupants are using their taps. Please urgently attend to that 🙏
