All. Very old and shabby furniture. Non-working TV. There is no remote control from the air conditioner. The beds are incredibly hard. Bed linen with stains, blankets are not covered with anything, it is not known who used them before you.

This has been the most frustrating experience I have ever encountered. The hotel falsely claimed that I did not show up, even though I was there and was informed that no rooms were available. Despite this, I was charged the full amount and received only a partial refund, less than a quarter of what I paid. To make matters worse, every time I contact the hotel, I receive the same automated response, with no real resolution to my issue. Could you please provide me with an email address where I can forward my complaint?
