Big room, supermarket nearby, really low price. Very pleasant staff.

The room and bathroom were not very clean and there were quite a lot of bugs

Location There is one Filipina reception at night which so kind enough to upgrade my room which made my stay ok.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration regarding my recent stay at OYO 118 Revira Hotel establishment from September 22 to 24, 2023 in Room 306. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory due to a prolonged and inconvenient electricity shutdown. During my stay, I encountered a series of issues related to the electricity supply. The power outage lasted for extended periods, leaving me without essential amenities such as air conditioning, lighting, and even the ability to charge my electronic devices. This not only disrupted my comfort but also made it nearly impossible to carry out basic tasks. I reached out to the staff multiple times to inquire about the situation and seek a resolution, but the responses were unsatisfactory and unhelpful. The lack of timely and effective communication from the hotel's side only added to my frustration. As a paying guest, I expected a comfortable and hassle-free stay, which unfortunately was not the case. The persistent electricity problems significantly affected the quality of my experience at OYO 118 Revira Hotel, and I believe it is only fair that I request a refund for the inconvenience I endured during this stay. I hope the hotel management makes a big project plan for the renovation of the property and refurbishing of the hotel. Improvement of the service to look after as well as the hotel seems always fully booked but lack of comfort due to the condition of the property.

Only the location is good

The staffs were don't know about their rooms which is available which is not, They told me there's no vacant rooms until I complained to booking then they gave me available rooom
