The location of the property cannot be beat! The outdoor (shared) terrace was the best. Even though it is shared there is plenty of space for everyone to enjoy.

The unit was as clean as I’d expect, but it’s on the water and that’s common.

Great location and comfortable

Drain smelled in kitchen and bathroom. Shower drain did not drain. Shower head kept falling off

Beautiful house by the water Perfect location that with a short walk you can get to many attractions and monuments Beautiful views from the apartments specially the sunset on the sea that you ca see from the rooms and also there’s a patio by the water that you can seat and also go for a swim The apartments are great and well equipped with everything you need to cook at home if you wish Very nicely decorated and very comfortable beds The owner is super nice and very helpful with everything. Will definitely stay there again and totally recommend to stay in this apartments if you visit Rovinj . Thank you for a great experience

Аpartment with an incredible view. Five windows with sea view, as if you were in a lighthouse. The apartment was cosy and had everything we needed. We were very comfortable. Communication with the host is easy and pleasant. We would love to come back again, and stay longer :)

Situation in Old Town was good

Accommodation was sub standard. Hallway smelled bad. Bed linen old and didn’t look too clean. Serious lack of towels. Only one small window in one bedroom that could not be opened very often due to lack of fastenings for shutters.

Location, comfy, views, big space, clean, 2 bathrooms.

Sewer smell needs attention. Owner should provide a map showing where the free parking is that he mentioned but we could not find.

The location was fabulous, so relaxing. Can’t wait to stay there again!

The dining room light fixture flickered. Two of the cupboard doors in the kitchen need new hinges.

Loved staying here, safe, clean, easy to get to and the sea front space is lovely.
