- الحمام لا تهوية فيه - الإضاءة بعضها معطل - حجزت غرفتين اطلالة على البحر فتفاجأت بإن أحد الغرف لا يوجد به مكيف. - لا يوجد موظف يقوم بخدمة انزال الحقائب ! - الهاتف كان معطل داخل الغرف.
