The location. The garden, the sunbathing facilities, the swimming pool.

A poor-looking apartment, sold as a luxury apartment, which was a complete lie. The acoustics were inadequate and you could hear everything that was going on in the neighboring apartments. The apartment smelled bad in the bathroom and kitchen. Had to buy a deodorizer to get rid of the smell in the bathroom. We rented a safe and were supposed to get a refund upon returning the key to the safe when we left. We discussed this specifically with a member of staff the day before departure, who was supposed to be there at 12:00 on the day of departure, but he was nowhere to be seen at that time - he pretended not to be there. Will never stay again at any Alsol facilities in Gran Canary

Nice Smaller block of apartments, not far from beach . Close to some of the centra’s with restaurants, shops.

Not all apartments have air conditioning. Reception not staffed all the time though there is a telephone number if need anything.

Great location, great check in and fasilities.

No airconditioning in the rooms or air flow. Way to hot!

Location was great - very close to the beach. There was a dodgy looking "shopping center" very close but with excellent restaurants. The facilities were quite old but in a working condition.
