Location good not far from the main square, everything within walking distance

No breakfast available but there is a room on the 1st floor with free tea and coffee and a microwave.

La habitación era una suite amplia y muy bien dotada, la decoración moderna, me gusto mucho. Tenía lounge para disfrutar los clientes muy bueno, tu podías utilizar horno y calentarte algún sandwich. Muy bien.

Todo estuvo bien.

What a delightful discovery in the heart of Zagreb! Perfectly located in the city center, this charming hotel is within walking distance of everything you might want to see, explore, or enjoy. Whether you are visiting for business or leisure, the location simply could not be more convenient. Although the hotel is relatively small, it possesses a warmth and character that many larger properties lack. From the moment we arrived, the reception staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to assist with any request made our stay even more enjoyable. Our room was absolutely beautiful. Having a balcony was a wonderful bonus, providing the perfect spot to relax and take in the atmosphere of Zagreb. The room was stylish, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed, making it feel like a true home away from home. It is often the little details and genuine hospitality that make a stay memorable, and this hotel excels in both. I have nothing but compliments for the entire team and would happily stay here again on my next visit to Zagreb.

Great location, quiet, comfortable room and bed. Was also very nice to have 24 hr staff at front desk. Front desk clerk was so helpful in marking up a large map of Zagreb with directions to major tourist spots and restaurant and shop locations.

Tive um episódio que merece elogios , esqueci meus documentos e dinheiro no cofre do quarto, após 3 horas o hotel me ligou e pude buscar os itens esquecidos e estavam todos lá, muuuita honestidade !!!!!

Cordialidade do funcionários. Localidade.

This is a luxury hotel and we have stayed here twice. Fantastic staff and location.

The whole house shook when the trams passed by and they did it several times an hour. There is a school next to the hotel and from 7 in the morning until 10 in the evening the children play football which can be heard quite loudly.
