Hotel am Stern

Just staying overnight for Phatasialand. Room and bathroom was clean and looked recently refreshed. Staff was friendly and were also willing to look after my belongings while I was away at the park.

The staff was very friendly, the Elevator was not working when we arrived, so the staff helped us carried our 2 big luggage to the 2nd! It is a old style Hotel, but very nice and cozy , and great location! Next to the Christmas market! I will come back and stay when I visit Brühl next time!

This hotel was rated as excellent and 3 star. However the condition of the room was not near excellent.and star should not be given more than 2. And I paid $260 for one night for 2 people. They charged $38 for the second person in the room. Considering the location and condition of the hotel, the rate was overpriced. Also I feel the charge for extra $38 for the second person in the room is unusual and made ma very unhappy. I would not recommend this hotel.

Nice city with a nice park and castle nearby . Nice walkable roads with cafes and restaurants.

Klasse Hotel, super Service, tolles Frühstück - werde das Hotel (sehr gerne) wieder besuchen :-)

No parking at the hotel. You must go to an other street to park.

Sehr freundliches Personal! sehr hilfreich, ohne jede ärgerliche Bemerkung, als mir auf dem Parkplatz ein dummes Versehen passierte.

Matratzen leider sehr weich und für mich gerade noch komfortabel. Andere Hotelgäste gehen nachts um 5 Uhr laut redend über den Flur. Zimmertür ist nicht sehr lärmdämpfend. Frühstück ist gut,

Only 8mins walk from Bruhl Mitte station where the PhantasiaLand bus / train to Cologne goes from. Great hotel.
