The Lodge At Meyrick Park

This is the second time in 7 months my wife and I have stayed at The Lodge at Meyrick Park. The rooms are spacious with a very comfortable super king sized bed and a wall mounted TV. There is a kettle in the room along with a selection of different teas, coffee and biscuits. While staying at Meyrick Park you can access the fitness suite, the swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna. If you want to play a round of golf you can either take your own clubs or they can be hired from the clubhouse.

If I was nitpicking, the only thing I would warn anyone about is the entrance and exit from The Lodge, the Entrance road is uphill and the Exit road is downhill, the problem is that the entrance merges with the exit about 50 metres from the top, the road is only wide enough for one vehicle, so if you drive up you need to be careful of cars leaving, and vice versa.

Great location beautiful parkland - great breakfast but the standout were the staff. Such wonderful warm friendly chatty people.
