Locatie feumoasa , curatenie si personal amabil

Lipsa unui uscator de rufe in camera,in pretul rezervari nu este inclus si intrarea la spa se plateste separat si nu am vazut nici pe Booking sa mentioneze acest lucru, saltelel de pat inconfortabile

Foatre frumos locatia. Personalul primitor. Micul dejun bogat.

Meniu saracacios la Restaurant si cu rezervare de masa?!

Most of the staff doesn't speak any other language except Hungarian. The only information offered by the reception was the breakfast time. The AC in the breakfast hall is switched off, so it is impossible to enjoy your food in that heat and canteen smell. Half hour before breakfast closure time they are kicking you out by telling you : you are the only one left here. During our 3 day stay no-one greeted us with a hello, thank you, or any polite words. We felt as intruders in someone's else house. The dinner is served at a terrace by the pool, not a restaurant as they call it. Very expensive food, very poor service, sticky and greasy utensils and rude staff. The room was at the third floor, no elevator, and no bellboy to offer help. In the room the furniture was not properly dusted and the TV is the size of a small laptop. The bathroom has a ripped shower curtain, mold corners, bad smelling sewages and no amenities except toiled paper and liquid soap. We have never seen such a poorly equipped room and bath in a 4* hotel in whole Romania.

Mâncarea la terasă, de nota 2, cartofi din ciorba de gulaș, acri, iar dreingul din salată cesar inexistent.... Altădată a fost excelent . Hotelul de nota zece și micul dejun la fel, nuav nimic de reproșat, personalul foarte amabil.

Terasa mâncarea proasta, proasta Iar cina nu există mâncarea de prânz.... Păcat....
