The place is outstanding, amazing out door space, great jacuzzi, lovely outdoor seating areas, yes multiple! The view is incredible watching the sunset from the balcony. The suite is is a great location, restaurants on your door step, 15 walk to imerovigli and a 10 minutes walk into fira (not as nice). The room was well cleaned. Now the negative... we never actually meet the owner or who looked after the place, we was told she would come and meet us as we obviously had questions on the area, the room and breakfast, but she never came by, she did answer my messages but i hate to keep asking lots of questions over text message. Breakfast was absolutely awful, we ended up going to a lovely cafe a few minutes away but i feel for the price we paid to stay here you would expect some sort of service. It says it offers bookings for restaurants or things to do but non of this was offered. This place would have been incredible if they put a little effort in as i cant fault the room or location.
We enjoyed absolutely everything about our suites. The housekeeper was very sweet and kept everything nice and neat for us. If anything, there is poor TV signal in the bedroom and we think is time to change the mattress, other than that… I will recommend the suites to all of our friends and family. Thank you!!

Absolutley gorgeous and spotlessly clean with stunning views over the Caldera. The staff are super welcoming and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. I’m already looking at booking for next year!
