The hotel had cockroaches in the room I was staying in. When I went to get my money back after only 45 minutes in the room, they won’t give me a refund. I do not recommend staying at this place.

Shabby room, exposed/broken outlets but at least smelled clean

Booking was CHEAP so hard to complain very much. But when the hotel is advertised as a 2.5 star hotel with breakfast included. The room shouldn't have so many holes in the walls. Writing on the walls. The smoke detector should have a battery in it and not be half hanging on the wall. A chair to sit in would be nice. The window in the bathroom should be lockable and not have the screen half torn off. The lights should all work. And there should actually be breakfast available.

Great little spot off the road to get some shut eye. Of course your can find better and this place may not be for some but if you aren’t too privileged you can’t beat this place for the price. It even comes with the sounds of highway traffic to help lure your to sleep! :)

There was only one working light in the room. There was no shampoo or lotion. In order to use any electrical tools of ours we had to unplug the microwave oven. There were no other plugs available. Also no coat hangers, toilet tank lid was broken. Several holes in the walls. There was no one in the office when we arrived, we had to shout to get attention. Finally, the place was actually clean.

We will NEVER use this hotel on tripadvisor.com again. My other half booked a room, had a confirmation number emailed to him and everything. After driving 5+ hours we arrived at the hotel, ready to be taken to our room.... But unfortunately when he went and rang the doorbell and banged on the glass door for 15+ minutes while I was on the phone with the outsourced hotel representative, who also called the " 24/7" front desk numerous times and got no answer as well, they still took the booking reservation money and the room money.... For a room we never even got to see! Thankfully we were able to find a room at the Days Inn Windham hotel right down the road....
