"Could not stay."

I made a reservation however the hotel could not provide a room. internet was down so i could not stay at the hotel. i went to the days inn.

No room and being charged for the room i could not stay in. however the days inn was very nice.

Room was infested with bugs, water dripped from light in bathroom. Couldn't use toilet without getting dripped on.left at 1am because so bad

"HORRIBLE"

it was filthy. shower was broken, tV was broken. Smelled like an ash tray. Mattress was like a rock , 30 years old. Sheets weren’t fitted. Mold on the walls

"Disappointing"

Didn't like the tv didn't work, no plugs in for phones, ac couldn't turn to cool or nothing and the mini fridge didn't even get cold.

"Never again"

The TV was broken, and the only usable plug was behind the bed. When I went to move the bed, the frame immediately fell apart and needed to be put back together. There was no phone in the room either. They claimed that they couldn't find my booking reservation and then charged me almost double what I had already paid on booking to stay. When booking contacted them to get the money back from my original reservation, they denied the cancelation. Terrible experience.
