PLObiekt bardzo ładnie położony, z wygodnym dojazdem do centrum Albufeiry, blisko sklepów i restauracji. Śniadanie skromne ale smaczne, bardzo ładna i klimatyczna część rekreacyjna z basenem. Miła i uczynna obsługa. Całkiem wygodne łóżko.
Pokój określony jako "studio z widokiem na morze" (w ofercie ma najmniej zdjęć, ten z Buddą nad łóżkiem) jest położony na drugim, ostatnim piętrze bez windy i jest w koszmarnym stanie. Meble kuchenne są obdrapane i ledwo trzymają kształt, część wyposażenia (np. wyciąg) po prostu nie działa. Łazienka jest brudna, ewidentnie stara, a z mebli łazienkowych odpada okleina. Bardzo słabe ciśnienie wody w słuchawce prysznicowej, która ciekła na wszystkie strony. Mieliśmy tam rezerwację tylko na jedną noc i daliśmy radę, ale więcej nocy w tym pokoju byłoby straszne. O pozostałych pokojach nie mogę się wypowiedzieć, ale na zdjęciach na booking wyglądają znacznie lepiej.
USVilla Areias gave me a vibe of being more driven to be a family hotel than a romantic one: a nice swimming pool, a small tennis court and a very well kept garden/landscaping. I really like the athmosphere - probably designed for summer time. The property has a parking place inside the gate which is always a nice thing. Beds were comfy and the room was clean. There is a dining room and a small but well equiped kitchen at the unit - with a big fridge and enough appliances to cook a decent meal. The bathroom is not very big but the hot water was nice. Breafkast was also very good - the lady that serves the breakfast was very attentive to our needs, making fresh brewed coffee and homemade things like omelet and pancakes. The breakfast takes place around the pool since there is no big space for dining inside - apart 2 or 3 small tables.
Our unit came to be a ground unit and perhaps this was something that I did not like that much. I Think the ground units are more propense to humidity so that might explain the smell of a room that was not being airy for some time. It is nothing that cannot be tolerated but it does bother me a little. I also had the sensation that the decor needed to be updated - things like curtains and couch. I think the upper rooms might be a better choice - since they tend to be more airy. Improvements also needed for the toilet paper: it was the cheapest one.

FRIdéalement situé pour visiter l’Algarve. Petit hôtel familial très agréable, les propriétaires et le personnel sont adorables. Le petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet est très bien.
PTFRNous avons apprecié l'accueil et la gentillesse des hôtes Nihab et Laxmi, et avons passé un très agréable séjour. L'endroit est apaisant, le jardin est magnifique et l'environnement très tranquille
