The staff was really friendly even when they were busy with events they attended us and made sure we were comfortable. They offered us treats in the morning and made sure we were all good. The room was good size comes with a fridge and kettle and the lounge had a microwave to warm up food/drinks..

Shame the pool was not heated. Learnt that one has to ask a out indoor pools here in Portugal because this is second time I book and it is never mentioned if it is heated. Yet the jacuzzi was warm.

A zona da piscina e do jacuzzi estava sujo; o wifi era péssimo; a janela da casa de banho não abre provocando condensação e um armário em mau estado; pressão da água baixa, o que impedia que a água quente chegasse; uma das parede tinha um buraco e paredes húmidas; camas sem conforto e barulho devido a festas. O comando do portão para o estacionamento não funcionou.
