가는 길이 비포장 시골길임 서비스는 좋으나 청소 상태가 좋지 않음 특히 베란다는 청소를 아예 안하시는 듯 머리카락이 많았음 침구류는 아주 편안했다 복도 소음이 매우 잘 들림 샤워 온천수는 훌륭함 장단점이 있는 리조트인듯

12뭘31일 1박 후기 입니다. 숙소는 깨끗하고 4인가족이 머무르기 딱 좋은 숙소 입니다. 게다가 욕실 물이 온천수라 피부가 미끈하게 씻어서 좋았습니다. 주변에 남애항이 가까워서 해돋이 보러 가기 수월 했습니다

호텔 위치는 속초와 강릉 중간쯤으로 여행지에 대한 접근성이 매우 좋습니다 낮은 산과 벌판이 조망되고 나홀로 리조트 호텔이라 보면 됩니다 직원은 친절하고 서비스가 좋았습니다 온천이 나와서인지 물은 매우 좋았습니다(와이프가 많이 좋아함) 다만 호텔이라고 하기엔 객실 보안시스템(외부 어느 누구든 객실 출입문까지 접근가능하고, 침실 창문이 복도에 접해 있어요)은 고려되지 않았습니다 층간소음이라고 하죠 건축물의 방음은 취약합니다 케이블TV는 거의 대부분 채널을 지원합니다 유플러스 무료 VOD영화도 볼 수 있어 좋았습니다 다만 인터넷wifi는 느리고 자주 끊기는 편입니다 종합적으로는 향후에 여행을 계획할때는 지역 여러 후보 호텔 중 유력하게 고려될 수 있는 호텔입니다 4인 가족이 편안하게 묶을 수 있고 온천물도 좋고 침구도 좋아서 여행하고 저녁에 쉬기에 안성맞춤입니다 물론 옆, 위 호수가 밤새도록 술마시고 떠들지만 않으면요(다행히 없었네요, 만약 있다면 프런트로 연락해야합니다)

"만족스럽지만 개선도"

시설자체는 깨끗하고 만족스럽습니다. 진입로 정비가 제대로 안된게 의아스러운데 코로나가 진정될때쯤 개선되어있길 기대해봅니다. 투숙객에게 스파요금 조금 더 할인해 주면 금상첨화일듯 합니다.
