Great location, very clean and helpful staff, we were doing Camino del Norte so was super convenient The restaurant was superb and we would recommend eating there ! pulps and hale were superb and the service was lovely

The staff were very helpful and the food was good but expensive

We thought it was in Deba. We had to get a taxi back to the hotel and then a bus the next day to Deba to continue the Camino

Friendly welcome, we loved our lunch in the restaurant, the food and wine were delicious, our room was nice with balcony and 180 degree views.

We arrived soaked to the skin and we had trouble drying our clothes in our bedroom (radiators off) but to be fair we didn’t ask anyone if they could help us dry our hiking boots and wet clothes.

Really friendly hosts who were so kind and helpful. Had an excellent meal in the hotel restaurant. Great location, right next to the Camiño

Exceptionally noisy hotel as it has been built at a major road interchange. Constant heavy truck and vehicle noise throughout the night as it's on a steep road incline and situated almost on the road. There were unusually high outside temperatures during the time of our stay. No air-conditioning, no fan. Like trying to sleep in a sauna. Couldn't leave windows open for security reasons and even if so due to the temperatures outside it probably would not have made much of a difference. The hotel is quite isolated on the edge of a small town with limited eating facilities in that town. Restaurant and bar at the hotel but if exploring is a goal, it was limited.
