Floors were a bit creaky but this is more of a nitpick

Fantastic location in the old city of Luzern. Clean apartment. Nice balcony for relaxing during evening.

No a/c , which isn’t necessarily a do not recommend , but Luzern had experienced some warm weather (82) farhenheit and the place would not cool down even with all windows open and floor fans operating. The unit we stayed in (named sun4) was on the top floor and like an attic retained the days heat. The place features Very spartan furnishings which gives it a contemporary charm but at luxury hotel price.

This was our 2nd.stay at the Chapel Bridge Apartments !The location was perfect and the views sensational, the apartment was roomy and fully equipped, it was quiet and centrally located.

For the second time we had a problem accessing our apartment even though it was well past the 15.00 check-in time. Unfortunately there are no 'HOST' representatives situated nearby to assist in solving problems.

Ficamos em um quarto com vista para o lago e montanhas, simplesmente perfeito o visual! As camas eram boas e o apartamento dispõe de utensílios novos. Ter máquina de lavar roupa e secadora no prédio de forma gratuita ajudou muito. A localização é ótima!

Claramente faltou um microondas no apartamento, facilitaria muito a vida principalmente com bebê. O elevador é velho e pessimo, ele parou comigo e com minha filha juntas, e ficamos 15 minutos gritando por socorro e ninguém nos escutou pois embaixo é um restaurante com bastante barulho. Aliás, a janela do apartamento da pro lago com as mesas de restaurante embaixo, então um certo barulho e também cheiro de cigarro podem acontecer.

- The location was perfect since everything was nearby, such as restaurants, groceries, shopping, and the train station. - The 1-bedroom apartment was clean and spacious for four adults. - They also have a washing area, so it was a huge plus.

- If you are carrying a lot of luggage, it will be an effort to reach the apartment from the train station, but it was fine. They have a lift, though, which is good. - No AC, though, but they have an electric fan.
