It was clean and good price

Way too noisy, because of cars, traffic in general, they pick up garbage right in front of apartment, and they trick you and lie about paying with card, and then ask you to pay cash. I don’t mind paying cash, but we are adult, the bunch of lies are unnecessary. Very unprofessional.

The location was great. The public transportation was at the door. There was supermarket, pharmacy really close by. Also the LX Factory was close for entertainment and dinner.

Excellent location for my purpose, although it was on a slightly busy area. Hence, there is a certain amount of noise at night if windows are opened. But the room and facilities are very clean and comfortable.

The room was big, clean and bright. The common spaces were clean. The property is situated in a nice location, not far from the main attractions. Olena communicated with us openly and timely.

The check in times, but Olena told us in advance that will be the case (extra fee for late checkin - after 10 pm and no check in after 12). Also, for people sensitive to noise, I would advise having earbuds or reconsider your decision.

The hotel was clean, everyone was friendly. The kitchen was well stocked and we were given fresh towels half way through.

There was an AC unit in the bedroom which didn't turn on. The bathroom floors were often flooded, which could of been avoided by providing guests with bathmats.
