Location was perfect, close to Chaos Bloom Theater, where I worked. The hosts are welcoming, personable snd friendly. Their 2 dogs are lovely.

Everything pretty great, the set up is shared bathroom so, that is what it is. The bed is excellent, the most important thing was getting a good sleep, which I did.

Judith and Doc are lovely hosts, as are Judy and Wilson, the pups that greeted me when I arrived. The home is full of charm and close to many restaurants.

Hosts were absolutely lovely. I stayed there because it was close to where I was visiting. Updated bathroom in the room was nice.

The room was fairly clean. The mattress and bed pillow need to be replaced. The bedspread was a bit too worn and appeared to either have some small stains or was not washed prior to my stay. Common area was very cluttered. Doc and Judith could improve the bed and breakfast by getting some help to keep the place in better shape. No TV in room

Beautiful house and a warm, kind host

Great hosts, feels like home. Nice neighborhood. We enjoyed the friendly atmosphere and the company of the cutest dogs.

The location is perfect right off Broadway the epicenter of Denver night life, Or if you're not into that, there's a church across the street. Judith & Doc are lovely Doc is fantastic in his knowledge of Denver's history You could lose track of time sitting on their porch either in conversation or watching the night life. Very good hosts.
