Judith was very kind & helpful. She & Doug made us feel very welcome. The breakfast was delicious each morning. The property is close to many shops & restaurants. Thank you!

The proprietors are excellent people . Extremely friendly and accommodating. Location is perfect for downtown travel. I would highly recommend!!

Hostess was very nice. The breakfast was fantastic. The room was very basic. I had to share a bathroom with another guest. Parking is very limited.

The hosts were so friendly and caring with a lovely old home. My wife and I will stay here again next time in Denver.

Very friendly and sweet hosts (and the dogs).

I rarely leave a review but this was my 1st time staying in a bread & breakfast. The hosts were warm, welcoming and accommodating. It felt like I was meeting old friends/family. Also, the location was a block away from all the stores, restaurants and night life. They have 2 beautiful dogs that were so sweet. The breakfast was top tier.

The house was beautiful, and the owners were the nicest people—so welcoming, hospitable, and friendly! Spending four days with them in Denver was a wonderful experience. The breakfasts were delicious, and the time Judith spent chatting with us was truly lovely. I would definitely stay there again if I visit Denver. The house is also in a great location, with easy access to public transportation and plenty of nearby restaurants.

The only thing I’d do differently next time is book one of the master rooms because I’d prefer not to share a restroom with another room.

This was a comfortable place to stay. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom in my room was clean. The hosts were very kind and their dogs were cute and sweet. The location to public transport was great and there were a lot of restaurants and shops within walking distance. I was traveling alone and felt safe in the property.

I wish there were a lounge area for guests to sit in downstairs. There was an area with a TV so maybe that was it but it seemed like that space was for the owners. I probably could have asked. The area is loud at night with restaurant noise and people in the alley. It’s not the owner’s fault, but if you are sensitive to noise, just take note. They do provide ear plugs in the room so that is helpful. I just slept with my noise cancelling headphones in and it wasn’t a problem.

Loved staying there! Very peaceful! Hosts were so nice also! Will definitely recommend people to stay there and I will stay there again!
