Week-end staff were not very Welcoming or helpful. Kitchen staff good.

We needed somewhere on the Montréal to Toronto route to stop, and this was perfect. I can’t tell you much about my stay because it was seamless - friendly and quick check in, decent room and a good breakfast.

Completely unreasonable and disgusting service. I am a Stage 4 lung cancer patient and booked a room for the night before a bone scan. The threat of bad weather came on and we had to wait to see if it materialized before driving the 2+ hours to Belleville from home. The storm started shortly after 11 am and, after calling the hospital to discuss changing my scan, I called the hotel to let them know I couldn't travel in the bad weather. I was informed of the 24 hour cancelation rule and was told my card was being charged for the room. I explained the situation and I was told that was too bad, rules are rules. I even explained the health issues and the fellow on the phone confirmed that, even if I had been hospitalized due to my illness, he'd still charge my card for the night. Absolutely no compassion whatsoever. Hilton, we're done with you.
