Location was fabulous, rooms beautifully decorated and furnished, bedrooms good. Host communication was very good.

Sofa in living room needs replacing or some support under seat cushions, doesn’t look worn at all just no support.

We loved the main bathroom and the overall heat of the property. There were plenty of basics in the kitchen. The location was great with the Charlotte St car park a real bonus.

The large mat in the main living room was frayed at the kitchen end. Several of us tripped on this - fortunately without serious outcomes! The settee in the living area was really uncomfortable - we suspect it had been jumped on or used by many over large guests. The decor was a little scuffed.

Fantastic location, very stylish well equipt, large, very comfortable and great hosts

There were very few issues. Main one for us would be the amount of stairs to the upper bedrooms but this is only an issue for anybody with mobility problems. Another small aspect was lack of soft lighting in the sitting room. A couple of softly lit table lamps would be nice for relaxing in the lovely sitting room. Also maybe some sort of privacy blinds on the front windows would be a good idea so light and air can come in without full view to the offices across the road. Lastly when you enter the building the first thing you are greeted with is the bad condition of the lobby carpet which does not reflect the high standard of this lovely apartment.If it was possible I would try to get rid of carpet in the general busy lobby area.

Location and staff where absolutely amazing . The owner accommodate our requests and we very happy with the place and the quality. The place is quite and kids really enjoyed .
