Lacking facilities, like a bar and their sister hotel in the Airport were keen to close the bar when we arrived.

"Business Wochenende"

Saubere schöne Zimmer - Tolles Hotel direkt neben der Congresshalle. Tolles Frühstück. Am besten war der Service an der Bar. An Freundlichkeit, Ehrlichkeit und positivem Gefühl nicht zu übertreffen. Danke

Die Rezeption war ständig unterbesetzt so das sich lange Schlangen gebildet haben. Bei einem ausgebuchten Hotel dieser Größe sollte das nicht passieren. Der Check IN war leider emotionslos ohne Gefühl und Freundlichkeit. Das Parken in der Tiefgarage ab 5 Stunden mit 44 Euro zu berechnen empfinde ich als eine Frechheit - So toll war sie nicht.

im gegenüberliegenden Mövenpick Airport: Über 2 Stunden aufs Essen gewartet; alleine auf die Bestellung haben wir (8 Personen) über 20 Minuten warten dürfen; trotz Nachfrage. Konfusion beim Bezahlen des Essens im ital. Restaurant. Angeblich hatte 1 Person nicht bezahlt; trotz Vorlage der Quittung. Wir waren mit über 50 Personen dort. 80€ für 2 Tage + 2 Stunden Parking nur 1 Schalter belegt beim Bezahlen des Parktickets; ca. 25 Personen in der Schlange
