WoodSpring Suites Atlanta Airport

The front desk gave me a room that was close to the bush and full of smoke smell. And when I called to change the room he hugged up on me never called back or changed it.

Wasn’t able to stay had roaches absolutely disgusted

It works for the night but smells like weed upon arriving at the front desk.

There was hair on towels.The wash clothes and towels were dirty.

I looked up the neighborhood and it said that the hotel was in a safe neighborhood. We went to a restaurant nearby and they had Security guard there. It was Easter Sunday and the nearby shopping area was closed but there was Security driving around there before and after dinner. The parking lot had a lot of trash

The people at the desk were nice, but the room was not up to par. There were roaches everywhere! Lady at the desk tried to put us in another room but it had roaches as well. I had to end my trip early. I had my 2 kids with me and we had to find another hotel to stay in. Very inconvenient! I used to stay at rhis hotel all the time but its been a year since i have been here so i guess i expected too much

Great staff. They went above and beyond to help me resolve an issue. The facility was clean, visually appealing and everything that I needed.
