Comfy bed. Good soundproofing. Breakfast ok.

Gloomy, soul-less hotel, concentrating on business users. Felt like an office building. We also got Room 503, dark, pokey, dusty, broken electrics, not the Superior Double 24sq m we had paid for as per advert. Possibly the worst Radisson I've stayed in. Needs serious changes to avoid reputational damage to the brand. They could start by being honest about what sort of room you're going to get.........

Altandøren var meget utæt og det samtidigt blæste, var det en ubehagelig kulde i løbet af natten, så vi havde svært ved at sove. Da vi anmeldte det i receptionen, fik vi blot at vide, at nu blæste det jo ikke så meget mere. En meget utilfredsstillende respons på noget, som bare skal være i orden, når man booker en juniorsuite.
