I loved everything! It was a really comfortable room and the service was excellent 👌

Booked the hotel as it was the only option available on booking.

Molt in the bathroom, terrible smell in both bathroom and the room, no ventilation. Windows to the hall and super noisy because there is no isolation to the hall. Laundry ruined all white clothes. The most terrible experience I had on Booking. Do NOT book this hotel and better take a dorm bed in the hostel.

Nothing! I do not understand why anyone would give a positive review about this place. the only two options I can think of, is that the people giving positive reviews are the owner's friends, or there has been a change in management/ownership

BEWARE FAKE advertising! YOU WILL NOT GET WHAT YOU BOOK I booked a quadruple room with its own kitchen (look at photos I received a tiny box room, which barely fit the bed in. The window (big one) covering a lot of the wall, opens into a communal kitchen. Everything in the room smells, also people are coming and going all night and day. When they are in the kitchen it is like they are in your room. It made me so anxious I only slept 3 hours! I could hear every conversation from all rooms! very noisy! and light from the kitchen the window in the bathroom was broken so insects were coming in. cockroaches everywhere The address was incorrect on booking.com so I was lost. A spanish person helped me by calling the owner. The local was shocked at how rude he was. The owner snapped at him, told him he is busy and i need to message on whatsapp (which I had already done numerous times) I emailed the property and whatsapp messaged stating my name clearly check in was at 2:30 at 4pm we were still trying to contact the owner who had disappeared. The cleaner would not let us in because she needed him to confirm the reservation (it made no difference that we had the booking.com reservation). When the maid finally got through to him, he said that he had never heard of me. So was stuck outside in the rain. After all the missed calls and messages and the inconvenience he put me through, when he finally responded, the only thing he said was 'pay 55.000 and be out by 12:00' Very rude, unprofessional and I cannot believe that booking.com let him get away with advertising a fake room and giving me one that was a quater of the size! I spent most the evening and the next day trying to get a different room or change the price but he just kept saying that he will not let me have another room (even though there were tons empty, which i could clearly see on booking and in person).
