Le logement est propre , confortable, situé à 9min en voiture de la gare centrale de La Spezia donc pratique pour la visite des cinque terre. Nous avons pu nous garer près du logement les 2 soirs. Stationnement gratuit de 20h à 8h

Pas de produit ménager, pas d éponge ni de torchon pour la vaisselle .

Posizione ottima prezzo vantaggioso

Alloggio estremamente basico, anche se economico. Non è accogliente né confortevole, non c’è macchinetta per il caffè ne bollitore e nemmeno dei tovaglioli di carta. In una delle due camere, il letto è a una piazza e mezzo. Arredamento datato ma funzionante. Appartamento per chi non ha grosse pretese, vuole spendere poco e stare in una buona posizione della città.

Tenía todo cerca, la habitación principal, el baño

El problema a entregar las llaves, nos dijeron una dirección para buscarlas, al llegar el recepcionista dijo que el apartamento era allí, y después que nos registró nos mandó a otro lugar y pagamos doble aparcamiento, solo una habitación tenía la cama bien, la otra fue incomoda, aunque estaba linda.

Es war immer ein Parkplatz rundum vorhanden, Supermarkt Coop direkt daneben. Zu Fuß in 20min im Zentrum.

Couch im Wohnzimmer ist weg, da steht ein Einzelbett. Das Doppelbett im Kinderzimmer ist nur 1.20m breit und durchgelegen. Die Bilder werden von Zahnstochern gehalten. Kein Spülmittel, keine Geschirrtuch, kein Fliegengitter, keine Garderobe, kein Klopapier, keine Weingläser und nicht einmal 4 gleiche Teller, keinen Flaschenöffner. Generell ist die Ausstattung der Küche mangelhaft. In der Wohnung ist es extrem kalt. Beim Kühlschrank ist der Griff ausgebrochen. Überall tote Stechmücken an den Wänden.

Appartamento grande e pulito.

Il letto della seconda camera un po' piccolo e scomodo La penisola della cucina un po' scomoda per 4 persone le sedie troppo basse per l'altezza della penisola
