"Housing was wonderful. But horrible customer support"

Everything was wonderful so I hate to leave a bad review for this stay. But there’s no one to support the accommodation. We left a Dyson hairdryer in the drawers of the master bedroom when checking out. I’ve tried to reach out many times since, but they are either unresponsive or just tells me they will look for it and get back to me. I have yet to hear anything back. I know exactly where it is but they are still telling me they’re looking g

Our condo was very nice. It was up to date, clean very comfortable, great amenities, spacious, and a great location.

The accommodation itself is not well taking care of. There’s dust and cobwebs inside rooms. There’s musty smell when you enter the house and the place is not well ventilated. No aircondition just electric fan and heater. The towels and the comforter has yellow stains in it. The pillow cases and towels smells. I phoned the guest services and verbalized my concern and told me they cleaned it and couldn’t do anything about it.
