Great location Hanmer Springs is a beautiful place

Very musty with cobwebs, dust and spiders No Internet yet indicated on booking.com it provided this service Very unclean and requires an excellent spring clean certainly we left it a lot cleaner than when we arrived Kitchen utensils and appliances needed recleaning Very poor water pressure showers very disappointing and water temperature continuously changed The spin cycle on the washing machine did not work It didn't align at all with the values in their info book Single bed need to be removed as it creates a lack of room as is of inferior quality I couldn't use the carport due to the wood pile so we had to pack the car in the rain Overall extremely disappointing as we stayed at 5 other places in our NZ trip and all were very good to excellent
