Got to the room. The pass code on the door didn't work. I had to call them to get in. They finally figure it out was the lock needed turn not the door handle. After entering the room found black mold around the shower. Very discouraging. Had to fill out a piece of paper for a parking pass. Went to the office to inform them and get my parking pass. They said it a private own room so I need to call the number. As I walk 1block back to my room I get hit by a car thats not paying attention.. she was turning in Wich give me the right away. The sercity officer did nothing just walk bye 5 mins after the accident happen. Lose my phone and couldn't call the cops. After I get back to inform them about the accident they couldn't do nothing. The information was given was false information about who hit me. When we did decide to go to the beach the next day. The door won't lock. I had to call for the 3rd time that there door won't lock I get a email on my 1st full day there telling me how leave my room the next day. I have to take.my own trash out and put all use towels in the black mold tub. What ever you do don't rent 51302... They didn.nothing for the black mold or anything that happen to me. The bed is rock hard. Very uncomfortable.. looks good from picture but can tell it need fix.

two pools - however they were not easily accessible. and we're closed down most of the day.

staff is awful, room was awful, shower was broke, water ran out all over floor, not enough towels, no pool towels, I will never come back here again.
