Rất sạch sẽ, nhiều ánh sáng, phòng mới. Nhân viên support nhiệt tình và rất dễ chịu. Sử dụng bình lọc nước và khách có thể chủ động refill rất thông minh, tiết kiệm và thân thiện với môi trường.

Thiết kế khiến nếu phòng có mùi thì hơi lâu hết. Vị trí k đi bộ được ra phố cổ nên khi bắt xe từ phố cổ về phòng thì hơi cực vì phố cổ cấm taxi nhiều chỗ. Bù lại các bạn hỗ trợ cho mượn xe đạp free. Nên vẫn rất ok!

It was great to have a pool and the facilities were clean.

The apartment was bright, spacious, and well-furnished, especially the kitchen. Good location, comfortable bed. Having a washer and dryer, big tv, good Wi-Fi, sofa, balcony with a view, and the rooftop pool were huge bonuses. The building's elevator made it easy to get up and down, and the staff were amazing - very helpful and courteous. The sound insulation was also great, so we weren't bothered by street noise. Our best stay in Vietnam. Highly recommended.

A dining table inside the room would be helpful (currently only on the balcony), and the bathroom vanity lighting could be brighter.

De vriesgedeelte van de koelkast was dik bevroren. Dus we konden er niks kwijt en het zorgde ervoor dat de koelkast niet genoeg koud werd.

Great availability of bikes to cycle to town. Friendly helpful staff with great English. Having washer n dryer in appt. Hob, microwave etc. lovely quiet area. Beds comfy. Spotlessly clean.
