Sehr sauberes und komfortabeles Zimmer. Klimaanlage top. Sehr freundliches Personal in der Bar und am Empfang. Der Blick in der Rooftop Bar ist einalig.

Sehr einfach gehalten und sehr schleppend nachgelegt. Frühstück am Sonntag von 8-10 Uhr, ab zirka 9.40 wird nichts mehr nachgefüllt. Ab 10.10 beginnt das Team mit dem Sauger durchzugehen. Willkommenskultur geht anders.

Quiet and clean

They put a single duvet and only one pillow on the double bed. I had booked the double room for single occupancy, and was indeed alone, but that's utterly ridiculous, especially for a 4 star hotel. First time I'm seeing this, I was stunned. Don't be so cheap. Also the air con wasn't very powerful. Not a big deal in Frankfurt but still.
