Very nice and very clean, smelt lovely when I walked in. I've stayed at many properties over the years at the bay filey and this is by far the cleanest I've stayed in. Also had everything I needed and a lovely welcome pack with some essentials in . Had a great stay would definitely book here again.

"really great accommodation but not great view and imagine it would be a bit unpleasant when at full capacity"

nice size and comfortable. nice touches with fluffy towels and bed linen. welcome pack was a nice touch and we appreciated that

think comfy seating was only probably good for three people if we had been four someone would have had to sit in an upright chair the whole time accommodations are very close to each other with no views
