"Crap"

The room was tiny. I was meant to be in an Exec King. It was the smallest room on the floor. I am certain I was intentionally ripped off. It was not a $400 a night hotel.

The suite was spectacular with an amazing view

The bed was uncomfortable and was below par compared to what I expect at a Pullman it was lumpy and required a topper we ended up sleeping on top of the quilt as the bed was hard.

"Don’t bother. It’s a lot of money and overrated."

The cleaner was super nice to us, she was cleaning the elevator at the time, let us in, nice convo, nice person.

First they charged us $100 for checking in even when we paid online. Had I known this was going to happen I would not have booked here. Also if you use your credit card, they can’t give you the money back until 3 days later but they want you to pay straight away. This is ridiculous- and on check out, the person seemed surprised we were charged $100. This should be stated in the booking area. It is not!! I feel like you have to be a certain type to get charged that. Anyway, this annoyed us for the rest of the stay. Everything was a sour experience from here on in, will never stay here again.

I loved our room, the location, the staffs were friendly and accomodating.

The food menu in the restaurant for room service was limited. Not much to choose from. Wish they have more varieties of food to offer.

"Wonderful experience"

We had dinner at Barrel & Co and had such a wonderful experience. The food was absolutely amazing and every dish was delicious. The service was exceptional too — Kedar and Lyla were both incredibly friendly, attentive, and made us feel so welcome throughout the evening. Their warm hospitality really made the night extra special. Thank you for such a lovely dining experience — we will definitely be back!
