Lovely modern and spacious room. The staff are very professional and friendly.

The in room dining menu is rather disappointing. Not a lot to choose from.

I thoroughly enjoyed my 2 night stay. Easy vehicle drop off, a lovely room upgrade & then seeing the friendly faces of staff I know. Lyka, Maz, Rieko & Tracy you run the restaurant and bar with such efficiency and friendliness its like returning to visit family. Thank you all & see you again soon.

Rieko and Lyka were incredibly welcoming. Our order arrived promptly and was delicious. A huge thank you to the chef for their culinary skills. I thoroughly enjoyed it.

We had a wonderful dining experience at the Pullman Rotorua restaurant, made truly memorable by the exceptional service from Rieko and Lyka. From the moment we arrived, they were warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, creating a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. Both went above and beyond from the moment we arrived.

Everything nice getaway for Mother's day, Staff we're helpful and friendly. The room was bigger than we thought. The shower was amazing and bed was very comfy.

Just the buffet breakfast was a little let down. Mother's day morning. Ordered poached eggs through QR code on table and waited for 20mins just to be to be told kitchen didn't receive order and better to ask wait staff instead said a diner next to us as same thing happened to them. A little disappointed one egg was not runny overcooked. No baked beans for over an hour empty pot just sat there with i few beans i did ask multiple staff and each one said in a few minutes. When it did arrive it was kidney beans in a watery soup. Had to ask for more sour dough bread. Then salmon was switched out for smoked fish of some sort which was really fishy tasting. Would rate buffet breakfast a solid 4.4

This hotel is outstanding. Luka was lovely, fantastic host. Kedar and Roshani were awesome staff. So friendly and helpful. Loved these guys.
