Tiles on pool came off and was at the bottom of the pool.

This villa is ok it needs a little bit if TLC Not enough cooking utensils , dirty sponges to clean with I had to ask for dishwashing liquid the put a small amount in a plastic container, no dish clothes etc bathroom had a smell wasn’t to bad the liquid soaps etc needed to be refilled It was like have these been left over from someone else had to get them refilled Bed was good and swimming pool was great for the kids They just need to update the kitchen and bathroom supplies Staff very nice but with limited English

The villa was not like the pictures it was a little bit older. When we first arrived we noticed that the kitchen was not clean enough and the cabins had spider nets and cockroaches also the kitchen tools were not clean nor new specially the air frier, the kettle and the fridge. The bathroom bathtub and sink had weird stains and the shower gel and shampoo were very cheap quality and needed to be refilled anyways. We raised our complain to the staff so they came and cleaned the villa again and told us that they will move us to a new villa tomorrow. They did move us to a new villa the day after but it was not much better than the previous one. The bathroom smelled like sewer the toilet bum gun had strong flow it was unbearable and the shower flow was very weak.. The wall plugs were shaky. The pool water turned green on our 4th day of stay and the staff did nothing about it, it remaind green until the end of our stay and we couldn't use the pool at all. Also we used their laundry service and one of our white shirts came back stained, it had yellow and brown stains, we returned it back and they washed it again , it came better but we could still see the small brown stains. This was the worst stay for us in Bali we don't recommend it at all it doesn't worth the price we paid for.
