Não tinha pequeno almoço incluído.

Inexistência de roupa de cama para o sofá-cama, toalhas de banho insuficientes para 2 adultos e 2 crianças, louça de cozinha insuficiente (não há um fervedor para aquecer água) e sem panos de cozinha. O aparelho de ar condicionado mal instalado, deveria estar instalado no andar de baixo (o calor sobe) para não se tornar o andar de baixo tão frio.

Pedi 4X para me passarem fatura para o nome da empresa, fui ignorado as 4X. Trocaram o código do quarto e não me atenderam o telefone durante horas. Fiquei com as minhas coisas lá dentro, fechado cá fora. Tive que recorrer ao apoio ao cliente da Booking para conseguir um novo código
