Didn’t eat breakfast

The heat in the room wasn’t working properly and it was cold turned up but was not working in morning staff gentlemen said they are working on heat it’s been a problem the stay was comfy but it could have been better much better with heat on a cold night ☹️

Tasty and convenient breakfast in a nice location.

The lobby was chilly. But it was really cold outside. So I understand that the HVAC in the lobby may have been stressed.

Excellent location. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were well appointed and clean. Just one night, but a great stay!

The staff were exceptional, very friendly and informative. The property was overall very clean and rooms were modern and beds were very comfortable. Loved the gym, was able to get my daily strength training in and cardio.

Nothing I could say negative about this property.

We really liked the breakfast. It is not often that US hotels offer such a good choice. We also liked the lobby area.

The room was very dirty. Bathroom was not cleaned at all - floor was covered in black, long hair, there were used contact lenses on the floor, there were some used bandaids in the shower. Very dissapointing. The hotel public areas are worn down and floors needed some heavy vacuuming. When checking out we were waiting for the staff to ask us about our stay, instead very unimpressed and bored receptionist barely asked if we needed our receipt.
