This place is good value for money. The bed was comfortable, breakfast was included on the price and I also got a towel. They also provide slippers to walk around the room. The staff is also very nice, kind and helpful. They prepared me a soup when I was feeling sick, which I really appreciated. It is easy to contact them via What’s app.

The ventilation in the room was not good, which caused a bad smell. Other thing I was feeling really uncomfortable with, is the fact that their dog is on a cage all day. They told me that is because they do not want the dog to run out, but I still felt really bad about it and I could see that the dog was suffering.

Toilet too far from the room. It’s OK when the temperature is higher. Not during winter when it’s closed to freezing. Please consider this. For those with sensitive nose, the property is right in front of a road junction. Lots of dust and pollution esp during the dry season in Northern Vietnam.

Loved staying here. The staff were so fun and helpful and nice to talk to. Made me feel at home in Sapa and it's a nice chill vibe in the hostel and gave me loads of advice to explore the area. Recommend! They also do a great cooking class

The local stuff were so friendly and helpful. I was invited to some feast and it was so much fun. They provided me free water anytime and helped me to book a bus ticket to go back to HaNoi. The common space inside is full of beautiful plants and so comfortable to do what I want. The plum wine the owner made by himself tastes so nice even though its price is affordable. Of course the dorm room is clean and comfortable.

A beautifully decorated & photogenic property with comfortable bed in the 4 bed dorm. If it was easier to walk from the dorm room to the toilets / bathrooms in the "basement level", I would readily rate this property a 9. But there is no covered walkway to the toilets / bathrooms & it does rain often in Sapa (usually overnight). The staff made a great effort to assist in all ways. I rate the staff A+.

Location is right next to a road with trucks / lorries & tour buses / cars, so can be rather noisy during the day & even up to 9pm. But nothing is perfect. Bathrooms / toilets can be much brighter. Even with the lights switched, 3 shower rooms are sharing 1 light bulb which is inside 1 bathroom & 1 short fluorescent tube which is outside of all 3 shower rooms, 2 of which are also toilets. It is semi darkness inside the shower rooms.
